This Christmas time Sunnyfield is aiming to raise enough funds to purchase a wheelchair-modified van, helping more people like Connor pursue their interests, go on new adventures, and feel connected to their community.

Without safe and accessible transport, opportunities can be missed.  Days out can become days at home, and moments that should be part of everyday life can become much harder to reach.  For Connor, and so many others, a van means so much more than getting from A to B.
